Global WhatsApp Settings

This value lives in the database (not only in .env). It helps send messages when a line has no token on file. Receiving webhooks does not use this field — you must add each business line under “WhatsApp Numbers” below with the exact Phone Number ID from Meta.

WhatsApp Numbers

One row per business number. Inbound webhooks match metadata.phone_number_id to these rows — without a match, messages are ignored. This is separate from the default ID in global settings or .env.
